Graco SnugRide Click Connect Car Seat, Tangerine, Love all but material, canopy. in my opinion

A previous week. I'm looking for information on the Graco SnugRide Click Connect Car Seat, Tangerine, so i have to tell.

my daughter is getting 1 in a couple of weeks, and we were happy with this venue last year. Here are the things (like first time parents) like and dislike. first the good-this is one of the lightest on the market seats at 8.5 lbs. all seats are bulky and this is no exception, but also no worse than most. This had a weight limit of the very high child and is a beautiful and wide seat for older babies (more on this in the wrong). the canopy is quite big and mobile, and we thought the handle releases were pretty standard. We used this with a stretch type cover-over indoor zip and fits very well and we were able to fit under the canopy so we could still use the canopy. We have a Bumbleride stroller and had no problem with the connection with the Graco. the cover is easy to clean and machine washable. now the bad-the cover is a bit sweaty and not very soft (on the other hand, that is not going to collapse in a accident!). the baby insert is not deluxe. is very flat, so baby's head flopped a bit, and Graco doesn't make an aftermarket you can use without voiding the warranty. the biggest thing I don't like is the type of locking connector. It is a hook and if you get the tight seat, it's nearly impossible to release. not going to share a base among the cars! Other evil is what they don't tell you is that most babies will exceed the height limit on this seat way before arriving near the weight limit. My daughter is a 95 percentile for height and weight and is 31 inches tall (one shy of the limit) and 24 pounds (11 shy of the limit). naively thought we had 18 mo to 2 years here, but that is not true for most.
